Ella es directora de THE LAST PARTERA, un documental de la lucha feminista por parteras en Costa Rica. En el 2014, Victoria dirigió el cortometraje “El Buen Carnicero”, un documental bilingüe producido por Vittles Films y Southern Foodways Alliance. El cortometraje ha sido seleccionado para exhibición en diferentes festivales de películas; en el 2015 fue exhibido en el PBS Online Film Festival, en el 2016 en el Indie Grits Film Festival y en el NC Latin American Film Festival del 2015. Victoria cursó sus estudios en la Universidad de Carolina del Norte en Chapel Hill, Facultad de Periodismo y Comunicaciones. El enfoque de sus estudios fue el periodismo escrito como también su segunda carrera estudiando el lenguaje español. Victoria graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill's School of Journalism and Mass Communication with a focus on news writing and a second degree in Spanish. She completed her master’s degree in Folklore from UNC-Chapel Hill in May 2016 and currently lives in Durham, North Carolina.</image:caption>
